Available Support for Students
OCS teachers support their students. They are the main link between home and school. Teachers contact parents, hold conferences, and keep student records. The classroom teacher is the student’s primary advocate and advisor.
The O'Farrell Elementary School has a counseling center on campus with a school counselor and student advocates to assist students with socio-emotional needs. They support students through 1-1 check-ins and group sessions, as well as by teaching homebase lessons each week.
If your student is in need of additional support, please contact us at (619) 263-3009 or visit our school counseling page by clicking here.
