Susan Cuttitta was appointed Superintendent of The O’Farrell Charter Schools in September 2020. Susan has dedicated her 18-year career as an educator to working for O’Farrell students and families. She has served as Interim Superintendent, Director of Operations, and Vice-Principal, prior to which she was Program Coordinator, Team Leader, and Summer School Principal. Susan began her career as an educator in 2002 when she was hired as a Family Support Teacher for The O’Farrell Charter Schools followed by her role as a math teacher at O’Farrell for 12 years.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and a Master of Education degree from National University. She lives in San Diego with her husband and three children.
